About Us

Itopa Charity Trust Foundation(ICTF)

Who We Are

Itopa Charity Trust Foundation (ICTF) is a registered non-profit organization established in June 2022 in Nigeria (Registration No. RG 182699). We are a mission-driven organization preparing to launch community-based programs that improve the health and nutrition of women and children, while embedding good governance, transparency, and accountability into every stage of implementation.

ICTF was founded in response to the persistent health and nutrition challenges facing women and children in under-served communities, and the need for development interventions that are transparent, ethical, and results-oriented. While we are at an early stage of implementation, our organizational focus, systems, and partnerships are being deliberately structured to meet international development and donor standards

OUR STRATEGIC FOCUS

ICTF has adopted a clear and focused mandate to ensure effectiveness and accountability:

1. Health & Nutrition for Women and Children (Core Program)

We are committed to designing and delivering evidence-based health and nutrition interventions that support maternal health, child nutrition, preventive care, and community health education. Our programs will prioritize vulnerable populations and be implemented in collaboration with local health providers and community stakeholders.

2. Good Governance & Accountability (Cross-Cutting Theme)

Good governance and accountability are central to ICTF’s identity. As a new organization, we are intentionally embedding strong financial controls, transparent reporting, community participation, and results-based monitoring across all programs from inception. This approach ensures responsible use of donor resources and measurable impact.

ICTF is currently seeking strategic partnerships and donor support to pilot and scale its programs. We are committed to learning, continuous improvement, and alignment with national priorities and global frameworks, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

At Itopa Charity Trust Foundation, we believe that starting right is as important as scaling fast. Our goal is to grow responsibly, deliver meaningful impact, and build long-term trust with communities and development partners.
